What To Expect: Our Unique Process

Detailed Assessment and Mini Workout

You will meet with one of our managers who will ask you some questions, do a physical assessment, and discuss both your goals and your options as it relates to service level and pricing/packages. If you’re a ‘yes’ right away, we’ll get you to fill out some onboarding forms at that time – and then set you up with one of our fantastic trainers. If you’re not quite ready or want to think about it, we will leave you with all the info you need to make an informed decision on your own time.

Workouts Beging!

You’ll meet and start working with your trainer(s), but that’s not the last you’ll hear from our team of managers. Behind the scenes we collaborate closely to ensure you’re on-track, making progress and avoiding plateaus. 

We’ll keep in touch with you to make sure you’re happy and comfortable. And we are always reachable for questions, comments, or concerns.

Ongoing Measurements and Check-Ins

We will re-assess you at designated intervals (to be determined together when you sign up to work with us). When the time comes, a manager will attend one of your sessions with your trainer (after arranging it with you first), to measure your progress, and – no doubt – celebrate the results.

At this meeting, you’ll revisit your goals and perhaps set new ones, and the cycle begins again.
