What do you mean by more than Personal Training?

GoTherex Personal Training is 1 on 1 training with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified Personal Training team. All sessions are one hour long and personalized to your baseline, your goals, and your schedule. We guide you on nutrition, body composition, active rest, sleep, and stress management in addition to training each week. Our team includes a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Registered Dietitian, a Certified Personal Trainer, and InsideTracker Blood and Hormone Analysis.
