COMPREHENSIVE ASSESTMENT
We lean on the expertise of our Doctor of Physical Therapy to evaluate your baseline and create an individualized plan specific to you, to your goals, and to your starting point.
FIRST TRAINING CYCLE
Following the assessment, we will begin our first cycle of training. Our training cycles are 3 months long and usually consist of 3 phases.
second TRAINING CYCLE
Most clients work with GoTherex Performance for 2-4 Cycles before spreading their wings and continuing their training on their own. Our goal is work our way out of a job!

Rehabilitation
We can help you restore your mobility and strength after routine soreness or significant injury. A mix of massage therapy, sports-specific rehabilitation, pain management exercises, and other techniques will get you back to training quickly. Our personal and interesting routines are easy to stick to. They will help you not just recover, but also stay injury-free in the future.
Strength Training
You’ll work one-on-one with your personal trainer to design a workout plan that will strengthen your core and improve your overall strength and power.
