What is Personalized Small Group Training?

Personalized Small Group Training is weekly semi-private training with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified Personal Training team.  All sessions are one hour long and combine a GoTherex method approach with a customized program.  You will start with a Foundations Class of 2 sessions with our Doctor of Physical Therapy.  These sessions will include an assessment and you will learn the basic movements as well as the customized exercises that you will perform at each training session.  Most participants are beginner to intermediate lifters. Bring your training partner or train with a partner at each session.

Through small group training with GoTherex you will learn the skills and habits to increase strength and make a body composition change.  Each week our team addresses a training and health topic such as nutrition, diet, and active rest while performing comprehensive training sessions for middle-aged adults.  After 1 year in our program, you will know how to create your own exercise program to achieve future goals, while you will have accomplished all of the original goals that motivated you to get started in the first place.
