Hi, I am doctor Matt Reuschle, and today, we are going to talk about movement.  Have you ever thought about just how important movement is in your life?  Well, let’s go over that today, and how we can transform our lives through movement.

Heading back, you are a baby, you are born, and you know, movement defines your world.

Movement defined how you learned and your capacity. The more you moved, the more capable you were. And the more you grew intellectually, and emotionally as your world grew, and you were moving more, and faster, and you were more mobile, and you were able to accomplish more and to learn more, and you were becoming the person that you were meant to be. But many of us, as we grew older, we stopped moving very much.
